Up with Oats
As you may know if you've read my off-site blog (www.myceliaglutenfree.blogspot.com) or visited my web site (www.glutenfreesourdoughbread.com) I've recently conducted a sourdough experiment with GF oats. I'm very happy to report that the trial was a grand success on two fronts: 1) The bread was my best yet; and 2) neither my wife nor I had any untoward reaction to the oats. So, a big thank you to Mike and Tanya, for telling me to go ahead and try GF oats, and to Bob's Red Mill for selling the product.
