Product Review: Schar Chocolate Creme Cookies

There are a few things that I absolutely adore in life. Two of them are chocolate, and little cute things. These gluten free cookies combine both for me in an elegant way.

The box that the cookies come in is very small. There are only ten cookies in each box. The great thing about Schar Chocolate Creme Cookies is that inside the box, the cookies are wrapped in pairs. So cute! Seriously, they are perfect portion sizes for those who like a little nibble, or those who count calories (130 per serving). They are the perfect size to slip into a purse as a take-along treat.

These are sandwich cookies the way they were meant to be. Gluten free chocolate cookies with (you guessed it) chocolate creme inside. The cookies themselves are so light and crisp. The texture is totally irresistible. The creme filling is rich and fudgey, but so creamy! I was hooked from the first bite.

Now, normally I am all about the value. Ten little bitty cookies per box has never been high on my value list. Honestly, though, these are worth making an exception for. I recommend that you buy a box, hide it from the kids and indulge yourself once in awhile.
