Product Review: Kind Bar (Fruit and Nut Delight Flavor)

As the holiday season wraps up I am forced to realize that my body is not too happy with me. Late nights and rich food are really taking their toll. I’m sure you can identify with what I’m saying.

I grabbed a Kind Bar because it was time to do something kind for my body. I know that the Kind Bar is the way to do this because it says so right on the wrapper :) A quick check of the ingredients confirmed that everything inside was natural and pronounceable.

The bar was really tasty. It had whole almonds, large fruit chunks and other nuts that were all chopped up. The whole thing is held together with fruit pectin which created a pleasant texture - not too sweet or sticky.

I will definitely be looking for Kind Bars in the future. Unfortunately, I will not buy them every time I see them. $1.99 per bar is just a bit too much for me to make a regular habit of.

On the other hand, the travel snack factor is great here. I can slip a Kind Bar in my purse and easily resist the urge to grab a candy bar while I’m out. Gotta love the convenience!
