Product Review: Glutino Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Candy Bar

Dark Chocolate is the second flavor in the line of Glutino Candy Bars that I have gotten to try. It was given to me by my daughter. She handed it to me one day after school explaining that it was given to her as a treat and that she had already tried this kind. She told me that I had to try it for my reviews. At the time I was very touched by the generosity.

It wasn’t until after I had taken the first bite that I realized what a true sacrifice this was for her. This thing was amazing!

The bar consists of rich dark chocolate wrapped around layers of light, crispy wafers with more creamy chocolate between each layer. It is exactly what a wafer candy bar should be.

The chocolate on the outside was crispy to bite into but immediately melted in my mouth. The chocolate inside was more creamy and added just enough extra flavor to balance out the wafers.

The wafers were very crunchy and had almost no flavor of their own. The bold texture and mild flavor kept the candy bar from being too sweet.

Glutino Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Candy Bar is a winner. It comes with my full recommendation for anyone who likes dark chocolate, and even some that don’t.
