Product Review: Triple Crunch Pop Crickle

It’s Pop Crickle time again! I have really become a fan of this stuff. There are so many varieties and choices available that I’m convinced there is a Pop Crickle for every mood. Today we’ll take a look into a bag of Triple Crunch.

Ease of Use

Crunch, munch, repeat. I absolutely adore the re-sealable bag.

Appearance

Triple Crunch Pop Crickle offers fluffy white popcorn with golden, shiny glaze. There are almonds, cashews and pecans spread throughout.

Taste and Texture

Every bite is sweet and a bit nutty. The flavors of the nuts blend perfectly with the buttery popcorn and sugary glaze.

The texture of this Pop Crickle may be my favorite yet. The cashews and pecans are the same kind of soft-crunchy as the popcorn which makes for fabulous chewing. The odd man out is the almonds. They are whole (normally a good thing) and super crunchy. I had to take a second to prepare my teeth when I saw one coming.

Versatility

D.D. and I discovered that the big, fluffy pieces were perfect for catching in our mouths. Other than that, I’m not sure there is much in the way of versatility here.

Overall Value

You can grab an 8oz. bag for about $6. That’s not exactly “budget friendly”, but this stuff is tasty enough to splurge on.

Rating

I was very pleased with Triple Crunch. The texture had me hooked.
