Best WFGF flour
Just want to say I have looked and tested all the WFGF flours. Until I tried King Arthur's WFGF I have been unhappy and disappointed. I am a consummate cook, always modifying so when I found King Arthurs I told everyone in my husbands nutritional practice. This flour is only milled on certified equipment not blended with dairy, nuts etc. It is sugar free, in comparison to Pamela's which has 9 grams of sugar using all the honey, molasses, and evap cane sugar that makes all my baking gummy. No, this is the real deal and my Italian Christmas cookies were a major hit, dry and delicious. I found the flour in Ralphs ( southern california) grocery stores. I nearly took all the product off the shelf. Called the online rep and said WE need bigger boxes! 24 ounces doesn't cut it. So they are presenting for consideration. We need more voices to give a shout out about this as well. Just go to:http://www.kingarthursflour.com

Yes, this is an amazing flour. I love all of their products, actually. I'm not sure if it contains rice, though.
