This site was founded by Mike Lee, who wanted to create a website that helps those who are following the gluten-free diet make every day decisions. The site is a free service focusing around sharing: recipes, foods and locations. It contains a blog network, original articles and social networking features.

It is all of the information I find now by visiting several sites wrapped up in one location.

I have already joined the group and will spend time tonight setting up my profile, adding a photo, and learning how to take advantage of the many features Gling has to offer.
