Perfect Pork Ribs ... but only after my Mucho Nummy Barbecue Sauce!

Just a short note to let all of you know about a great hurry-up conquest this weekend. I have pork or beef ribs about once or twice a year, and when I do, they MUST be mucho nummy. If they are not, it is an entirely disappointing experience that dwarfs many others on the food scale.
We were going to have some friends over and, much to my dismay, we were OUT of barbecue sauce. For shame!
But fortunately a few quick ingredients whipped together created a perfectly yummy barbecue sauce for my pork ribs not long before guests arrived.
In my opinion, the key ingredients were Worcestershire Sauce and Ceyenne Pepper ... they just put it over the top. And since I love my ribs to be a bit tangy, it was perfect.
I'll probably make a variation for chicken that is a bit sweeter. Enjoy!

Sounds wonderful!! Can't wait to try it! :-) Did you grill these outside or do them in the oven? They look out of this world yummy! May have to do some ribs this weekend. :-)

Good question. Yes, these were outside grilled. Very tasty!
