To all my Celiac Friends: i've just opened my 100% Gluten Free Bakery, and my products taste like nothing you've ever had since you gave up flour! I mean, my Double Chocolate espresso brownies are a dead ringer for the Duncan Hines you used to eat: moist, chewy, and a real chocolate explosion. I also have a wonderful cookie line, called Chocolate Crinkles and Ginger Crinkles. I resorted to my own recipes when my autistic celiac son refused to eat anything I bought him in the store. He now hoards my goodies in his secret places! (closet, under bed, etc) so he's my official taste tester. All ingredients are natural, and low in sugar, but taste amazing.
