Bread Baking Workshop For Portland Area Glingsters!!!

For many of us, baking bread is something that we enjoy. I know, before we started on this gluten-free journey, bread baking was something that I really enjoyed. The feel of the dough as I shaped a loaf, the smell of it baking in my oven, enjoying the first slice when it was still warm and the butter melting on that piece. I have sorely missed the whole experience.
In the past few years I've had many bread baking blunders. There have been days when I thought I'd never be able to bake bread and love it. So frustrating! How many times I have gone into my kitchen wishing I could just "bake" like I used to.
Perhaps you have never been a huge bread baker, but since having to cut gluten out of your diet, you are considering trying but don't know where to begin. How well I know, trying to bake anything gluten-free can feel overwhelming at first. You may be feeling like it's just too difficult.
Good tasting gluten-free bread from your own oven. Beautiful loaves of bread just like at your local gluten-free bakery or like you've seen in gluten-free cookbooks and magazines, but from your own oven. Can you even imagine? Yes, it is very possible!
How, you ask? If you live in the Portland, Oregon area and want to learn to bake natural leavened breads, this workshop is for you!
