Worcestershire Sauce
Description
Again, I'm not aware of any unsafe Worcestershire sauce, but make sure to read the label. My favorite brand is Lea & Perrins. Note from @marissa ... Most brands of Worcestershire sauce use malt vinegar. Lea & Perrins says on their site that they are "suitable to a gluten free diet" but they don't claim to be totally gluten free

I love cream of wheat. When I was growing up my grandmother always made it for me. A friend told me about Cream of Rice so I tried it. I was amazed at how similar it is to Cream of Wheat. I love it! It is the perfect breakfast cereal on a cold morning.
