About: Living with food allergies can be daunting, not to mention frustrating. I have suffered from allergies since childhood; as a result, I have constantly searched for alternatives to address my allergies and be able to enjoy foods. Over the past fifteen years, I have developed a variety of delicious recipes, which I have recently compiled into a book entitled "Gluten-Free With Love" available on Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com. I wanted to write a recipe book as a resource for people who are also suffering with the same nutritional problems. I think many people are overwhelmed especially when first diagnosed with a condition requiring them to go wheat-free or dairy-free and they are not sure where to turn when trying to find good food to eat. "Gluten-Free With Love" is different than other gluten-free books because it focuses on simple recipes and creating foods that taste good. Unlike other gluten-free books, which often use exotic ingredients, my book consists of recipes that are easy to make and easy to find. I live in the beautiful part of the Northeastern United States called New England with my husband and four children. When I am not busy with family or innovating in the kitchen, I like to paint, sketch, and write for enjoyment.
