About: I have started up a wonderful Gluten Free Bakery, Screamin' Good. My autistic and celiac son was my inspiration, as he would refuse all store bought baked goods, but is now hoarding mine! I bake brownies that taste just like the old Duncan Hines, in wonderful flavors, a delicious line of sesame based cookies called Crinkles, and locally, breads, biscuits and corn muffins. I just finished my first run on Rugelah, and they are exquisite. My bakery is 100% gluten free, and you can visit me at www.screamingood.com.
