About: Sharon Glasgow AKA, Mrs Gluten-Free is a certified nutritionist, gourmet cook, Celiac, ADD, ADHD and Autism dietary expert, motivational speaker, published author, wife, and mother of five daughters. Sharon teaches Gluten-Free Casein-Free Workshops and also does private Gluten-Free Casein-Free consulting. The workshops are held at the Glasgow family farm, in Hartwood, VA. The farm was built over 100 years ago. The Glasgows moved to the farm over 15 years ago, with the intention of going off the grid and living off their land. It is quite a treat to visit the farm, see the happy, grass fed, free range animals, and spend some time away from city life.
