About: I grew up in a home where good food was just a given when my mom was home. However since she was a working mom supporting a big family we were often left to fend for ourselves. Since I already knew what great food was like, I learned through osmosis and experimentation to learn the basics of why ingredients went together. My cooking approach is somewhat trial and error but my standards are high. Gluten-free cooking is a really fun challenge that I honestly leave mostly to the culinary expertise of my wife who is much more patient than I am. As the guy tasked with helping to grow sales at Gling I'm really excited to see how we are growing.
