Apple and Carrot Coleslaw
A fun change from the ordinary coleslaw.

The sweet apple in this slaw is a nice addition. Perfect for any back yard BBQ, family reunion or just a change from the ordinary.

Ingredients
1 head cabbage (medium), shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1 medium sized red apple, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Shred vegetables and chop apple, toss together until combined well.
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Toss with vegetables and apple to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
