Bette Hagman's Gluten-Free Flour Mix safe

A really great basic flour mix.

This is from Bette Hagman's book, "The Gluten-Free Gourmet Cooks Fast and Healthy" and is one of my favorite flour blends. Super easy and inexpensive to make. Great for breads, pancakes, waffles, muffins and cakes.

Ingredients

2 cups white rice flour
2/3 cup potato starch flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour

Instructions

Combine flours and store in an airtight container.
