You might just like this even it you don't like broccoli
I love this recipe. There is so much flavor in this dish. You can use the leftovers for an omelet the next day. I have done it and it is amazing!

|Servings||4 to 5 servings|
3 broccoli florets cut into bite size pieces
2 tbs olive oil
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs beaten
2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cheese mix. You can use your favorite.
8 oz mushrooms chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 375
In a small bowl add the mayonnaise and sour cream.
Mix well. Add the eggs to the mayonnaise mixture.
Add the curry powder and salt.
In a skillet add the olive oil on medium heat.
Add to your skillet the broccoli and the mushrooms. Saute for 2 minutes.
Then add about 2 tablespoons of the cream mixture and toss to coat all broccoli and mushrooms.
Poor into a prepared pan.
Top with the rest of the sauce in spots. Then add the cheese all over the top of the broccoli.
Cover with foil for the first 30 min. Then take off the foil for the remaining time. You will know it is done when it is fork tender.
