Buttermilk Buckwheat Pancakes safe

These pancakes are healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

2 cups buckwheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
2 eggs
2 cups low fat buttermilk
2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1 – Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

2 – Whisk remaining ingredients together; stir into dry mixture just until moistened.

3 – Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot nonstick griddle coated with nonstick cooking spray.

4 – Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes; cook until second side is golden brown.
