Caramel Sauce safe

Awesome flavor and a great ice cream topping!

So easy to make and amazingly tasty! Perfect for the ice cream you have been craving. Will keep for about 4 weeks in the refrigerator. This is perfect for those recipes that call for caramel sauce, at a fraction of the cost from your own kitchen.

Cooking time 1 minute
Servings

Ingredients

2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter or dairy free option, melted
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat the mixture to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Serve warm or cold. Store leftovers in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Makes about 1 1/3 cups of sauce.
