This is a dinner for the tired mom. This is made in a crockpot. The only part that takes work is putting everything in the crockpot (which is very easy) and then making the rough to create the sauce that goes over the chicken. Then whatever sides you would like to have with them.

Prep time 5 to t0 minutes
Cooking time about 6 hours
Servings 4 to 5 people

Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 small onion
1 fresh cup cranberries
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
3 Tbls agave nectar
1 cup orange juice
3 Tbls butter (do not add this to crockpot)
3 Tbls white rice flour ( do not add this to crockpot)
broth from cooked chicken

Instructions

Place ingredients into the crockpot. Except the flour. Set crockpot to cook for about 6 hours on low.

When the chicken is done. In a skillet melt the butter and add the white rice flour. Stir for about two minutes to cook off the flour taste. Then scoop out 2 cups one at time and pour into the skillet and using a whisk blend until the 2 cups are blended well. You can add more for a thinner sauce in you like. Put the chicken on a platter and pout the sauce over the top. This would be great served with rice.
