If you like thin cookies these are your cookie. Try them even it you don't. You will be glad you did.
I was not sure how these were going to taste when they came out of the oven.
|Prep time||20 minutes|
|Cooking time||10 to 15 minutes|
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup sorghum flour
1 cup white rice flour
1 teaspoon xanthon gum
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups butter softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Put dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. In a large mixing bowl add sugars,eggs,vanilla,butter. Mix until well blended. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet. Then add chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes (ovens vary)
