Easy and juicy recipe
I had never made corned beef before. My son had asked me to make it for dinner for us to try. I found it super easy to make and very full of flavor. We enjoyed it a lot. I will make it again.

Drain corned beef from package. Discard the spice package. Lay the corned beef onto a wide piece of foil fat side up. Then insert cloves into the top of the corned beef evenly spaced. spread the honey mustard over the top of the corned beef. Then sprinkle the brown sugar over the top. Wrap the corned beef up in foil leaving room on the top. Your making a foil dish to catch all the juices in as the corned beef cooks. Bake for about 2 to 3 hours in a roasting pan. Spread a little more honey mustard over the top and broil for 2 minutes. Then let meat rest about 10 minutes. Then cut against the grain.
Serve with your favorite cole slaw.
