Cranberry Bark
Just plain good!

So worth the time to make this yummy candy. Such a festive addition to your candy and cookie tray!

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Dash ground nutmeg
Dash ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cups chopped peanuts
1 pound semisweet chocolate candy coating , chopped
3 tablespoons shortening, divided
1 pound milk chocolate candy coating, chopped
1 pound white chocolate candy coating, chopped
1 3/4 cups dried cranberries
Instructions
In a skillet, melt butter; add brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Add pecans; toss to coat. Transfer peanut mixture to a foil-lined pan. Cool completely.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt semisweet candy coating. Stir in 1 tablespoon shortening until smooth. Spread into a waxed paper-lined 15“X10” baking pan. In a saucepan, melt milk chocolate candy coating; add 1 tablespoon shortening. Stir until smooth. Spread over semisweet layer. Repeat with white candy coating and remaining shortening. Spread over milk chocolate layer. Sprinkle with sugared peanuts and cranberries; press down gently. Let stand until set. Break into pieces.

Yum! I bet this would be amazing with crushed peppermint candies too! (instead of the fruit, I mean.)
