This salad is one that my husbands mother makes just about every holiday. It is perfect for any special dinner. Looks beautiful and tastes wonderful! I did a bit of tweaking of it to make it gluten-free, but it stall tastes every bit as good as my mother-in-laws version. Enjoy!

Ingredients
2 cups crushed gluten free pretzel sticks (I used Glutino brand which are gluten, wheat, milk, casein and egg free)
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
3 tablespoons sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
8 ounce Cool Whip
1 (6 ounce) box cranberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
2 cups raspberries
Instructions
Mix pretzel sticks, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter together and press into the bottom of a 9“x13” baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees (metal pan) or 325 degrees (glass pan) for 8 minutes. Let cool completely. Beat 1 cup sugar and cream cheese. Fold in the cool whip. Spread over pretzel crust. Mix jello and water until dissolved. Add berries. Stir into jello, then let set for 10 minutes. Pour over cheese mixture. Chill.
