Creamy Herb Chicken

Ingredients
2 onions sliced
4 boneless chicken breast sliced
2 tbs Olive oil
4 tbs butter
2 tsp Herbs de provence
1 tsp garlic salt
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbs white rice flour
1/2 tsp better then bouillon “beef” (I use beef for a stronger flavor)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese graded
Instructions
In a deep skillet add your olive oil and 2 tbs butter over med heat.
Add your onions. Cook with a lid on until onions are a little brown. Stirring them often.
In a separate bowl add your chicken,herbs de provence,pepper,garlic salt and mix well.
Add to the onions. When chicken is cooked through add the better then bouillon. Blend well. Adding more olive oil if needed.
Make a spot in the pan by pushing the chicken to the side and add the last 2 tbs butter. When melted add the flour. Keep stirring to cook flour a bit.
Add into the pan the broth. Stir until well blended.
Then add in the heavy cream
When the sauce is mixed well and heated through. Turn to low and let thicken.
Then add the cheese.
Serve with rice or gluten free pasta
