Delicious Shortbread Cookies everyone will love safe

These are so good it is hard to stop eating them.

These melt in your mouth. With the hint of lemon and fresh rosemary, it just tastes so good. They go very well together.

Prep time 15 min plus 1 hr
Cooking time 20 minutes
Servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup rice flour

3/4 cups butter

1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Sift together the cornstarch,sugar, and rice flour together.

Add in the chopped rosemary

Add butter, and lemon juice. Mix with hands until soft dough forms. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Shape dough into 1” balls pressing down a bit on baking sheet with a floured fork.
