A great recipe whether you're just making dinner rolls for your family or for a more formal sit-down dinner.
| Prep time | 1 hour |
| Cooking time | 15 minutes |
| Servings | 12 to 18 |
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup eggs (about 5), whole
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp honey
1 1/2 cups garfava bean flour
1/2 cup corn starch
2/3 cup tapioca flour
1/3 cup rice flour
1 tbsp xanthan gum
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
Instructions
1 – Heat water to 110 to 115 degrees and pour into mixing bowl. Add yeast and allow to hydrate for 5 minutes. Add eggs, oil, and honey to water and yeast.
2 – Thoroughly blend dry ingredients (except yeast). Do this either in a bowl with a wire whisk or shake together in a gallon-size, self-sealing plastic bag. With the mixer on a low speed, gradually add to liquid ingredients, until all dry ingredients are well blended. Beat on medium speed about 5 minutes.
3 – Spoon batter into greased bread muffin cups; allow to rise approximately 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes; until tops are golden brown.

oh, I also baked them in a cupcake pan filling almost to the top and they puffed way up and were just beautiful! I was told they looked like something you'd buy in a gourmet bakery!! :)

These are what I made for Thanksgiving as well. They are a favorite of my family. They are even good after a day or two. SO good! Glad you liked them...I'll have to try the cheese addition. YUMMY!
