Feta Dipping Sauce
A good substitution for blue cheese dressing or dip for hot wings.

The flavor is not a perfect match to the favorite blue cheese, but if you can't have blue cheese then it's a great substitute. If you like feta cheese, you will love this! Perfect to go with your favorite spicy chicken wings or just to dip veggies in.

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup crumbled feta
2 Tablespoons finely chopped chives
Pinch of Salt
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite hot wings.
