French Bread
Now you can have french bread again!

This is an easy bread recipe to make.

Ingredients
2 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 cups warm water
3/4 cup sorghum flour
1 3/4 cups potato starch
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp guar gum
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 1/2 – 2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp cider vinegar
4 large egg whites (at room temperature)
Instructions
1 – Coat 2-baguette french bread pan with grease.
2 – Combine yeast, sugar, and water in small bowl.
3 – In a large bowl combine sorghum flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, guar gum, powdered milk, salt, butter, cider, 3 egg whites, and yeast mixture.
4 – Beat on low to blend. Once blended beat on high for 2 minutes, scraping down the side of bowl . The dough will be soft.
5 – Transfer 1/2 of the dough to each side of pan. Use wet spatula to smooth each to 12” loaf. Allow to rise until double in a draft free, warm area of your kitchen.
6 – Lightly beat remaining egg white and brush over each loaf, then slit with knife.
7 – Place in middle of oven heated to 425 degrees.
8 – Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
