Ginger Cookies safe

These are pretty good cookies that are dairy and egg free.

Prep time 15 minutes
Cooking time 12 minutes
Servings

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups tapioca flour

1 cup buckwheat flour

1 teaspoon xanthan gum

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup blackstrap molasses

1/4 cup brown rice syrup

1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)

5 tablespoons fresh ginger

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. In a medium bowl
combine wet ingredients and add the the dry. Then mix well.

Place spoon size portions onto your greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
