Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Raisin Bread safe

A wonderful bread machine recipe!

Very good, awesome texture and would be perfect toasted for a snack or breakfast. French toast would also be a great option!

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup water
2/3 cup applesauce
3 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp oil or melted butter or margarine
2 cups rice flour
2/3 cup potato starch
1/3 cup tapioca starch
3 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
2 Tbsp powdered milk, or non dairy substitute
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins

Instructions

Put first four ingredients into the pan of your bread machine. In a small bowl combine all remaining ingredients except for the yeast, raisins and cinnamon. Pour flour mixture into the pan of your bread machine. Sprinkle yeast over the flour and set your bread machine for a 2 pound loaf, sweet bread setting, medium crust. When your machine beeps to signal the time for add-ins, sprinkle the raisins and cinnamon over the top of the dough. This will allow the cinnamon to swirl around in your bread and not mix in completely. If you’d rather, the cinnamon can be added with the dry ingredients.
