I searched high and low for the perfect gluten-free chocolate brownie recipe, and I think I have found it. This recipe fulfills all of my requirements: It is gluten-free, has only 5 ingredients, and it couldn’t be easier to make. Oh yes, and my daughter loves it! Prep time 15 minutes
Cooking time 30 minutes
Servings 8

Ingredients

3/4 cup Cocoa
1 cup oil
4 eggs
3/4 cup potato starch
2 cups sugar

Instructions

Beat the ingredients together and bake in a 9×13 pan(sprayed) at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

    These are the best "from scratch" brownies that I have had yet, gluten-free! Thank you for sharing this recipe. The only thing I would add, aside from maybe chocolate chips or a swirl of caramel would be 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt. Other than that, texture was perfect! A rich moist brownie..so good!
