Gluten Free Flour Mixes to have on hand

Servings Yields 2 – 2.5 lbs. of flour mix.

Ingredients

2 ½ cups brown rice flour
2 cups white rice flour
½ cup cornstarch
¾ cup + 2 tablespoons potato starch
¾ cup + 2 tablespoons tapioca flour or starch
3 tablespoons xanthan gum

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate flour mix in a tightly sealed container until used.
