Gluten Free Red Velvet Cupcakes safe

These are so simple to make. They are made using a box cake that is gluten free. I loved how fast they were to put together.

Prep time 30 to 40 min
Cooking time 20 min
Servings

Ingredients

1 yellow gluten free cake mix

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/2 cup butter

8 ounces sour cream

2/3 cup milk

2 tablespoons red food coloring

3 eggs

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Pour into muffin pan. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Cool and frost with your favorite frosting. I used store bought.
