I made this one Christmas when I had this huge rosemary bush. I wanted to use up some of the rosemary. I love the smell and taste it. I thought that I would give this recipe that was in my head a try. It was a hit.

Ingredients
1 log of goat cheese
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp fresh rosemary
Instructions
Chop up the fresh herbs. Roll the log of goat cheese over the herbs. Then place on a small platter with your favorite gluten free crackers.

Yummy...we LOVE goat cheese! I will have to try this one soon. So good with gluten-free crackers or flat bread! YUMMY! So glad you posted this. :-)
