Gravy "Beef" safe

Made without the juice of the meat. Still packed with full flavor

Servings 1 cup


2 tbs butter

2 tbs cornstarch

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon better then bouillon “Beef”

1/4 teas pepper

pinch salt


In a saucepan add the 2 tbs butter on medium low heat.

When is has melted add your cornstarch and whisk for about 1 to 2 minutes.

Then add in your chicken broth whisking until well blended.

Add in the salt and pepper.

NOTE: If your gravy seems a bit thick you can add more broth.
