Use this recipe to make your own gluten-free flour.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups brown rice flour
2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 cup potato starch (NOT potato flour)
1 cup tapioca starch
3 tbsp xanthan gum

Instructions

1 – Stir together all ingredients.

2 – Store in an air-tight container.

3 – Yields approximately 2 pounds of flour mix.
