Honey-Butter Glazed Acorn Squash safe

A tasty way to dress up squash.

This was so easy, and so tasty!

Prep time 10 minutes
Cooking time 45 minutes


1 medium acorn squash
1/4 cup butter or dairy free alternative
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt


Melt butter, mix in honey and salt. Cut acorn squash in half and scoop out seeds. It is helpful to cut a thin slice from the bottom of the squash to allow it to sit flat. Place hollow side up in a greased baking dish. Spoon honey mixture over the squash. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer or until tender.
