This is the best hot fudge I've made at home. SUPER easy and really rich and chocolaty! Perfect for that chocolate craving.

Ingredients
1 12 ounce can evaporated milk (could use heavy cream)
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Heat milk, chocolate chips and sugar to boiling over medium heat. Be careful to stir constantly. Remove from heat once it comes to a boil. Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm or cold. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks (if it lasts that long). Makes about 3 cups.
