These are spicy and super tasty! Easy to do with fresh pumpkin seeds, or the hulled variety that you can find in most super markets these days. They would also be very good on a salad.

Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil (whatever is your favorite)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, to taste
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except for the pumpkin seeds. Once completely combined, toss the pumpkin seeds in the mixture and spread onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 45-60 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir occasionally. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Yields 2 cups.
