Italian Dressing safe

So easy to whip up and have on hand for any salad.

Zesty and perfect for any salad, green or pasta.

Servings 1 1/4 cups


1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves of garlic, crushed


Shake all ingredients in a tightly covered jar. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the flavors to combine. Shake before serving.
