Kale Chips safe

A healthy, delicious, easy-to-make snack food!

Ingredients

1 bunch fresh kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2- Thoroughly wash and dry the kale leaves

3- Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear them into bite size pieces

4- Place kale on a cookie sheet (parchment paper optional). Drizzle with olive oil and salt

5- Bake until the edges are slightly brown but not burnt (10-15 minutes)

    My family LOVES these! We eat them a couple of times a week as an appetizer while I'm making dinner. They are sooooo good!
