Nutty Chocolate Monkey Smoothie safe

Better than a milk shake and so much better for you!

Quite refreshing and an amazing way to get a bit of protein and fruit into a snack. Your kids will LOVE this one! So easy to make and quite tasty too.

Servings 4

Ingredients

2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
2 bananas
1/4 1/2 cup chocolate syrup, depending on preference
1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until well incorporated. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

***If you need a dairy free option, use your favorite non dairy milk and yogurt.

**If peanuts are a problem, the simply leave out the peanut butter. It is still a tasty treat without it.
