Oatmeal Cranberry Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies safe

This recipe is so good. These cookies are great for the Holidays but can be used all year around. You family and friends will enjoy them. They may be asking you for the recipe. It is a really easy recipe to make.

Prep time 10 min
Cooking time 8 to 9 minutes
Servings 2 dozen depending on cookie size

Ingredients

2/3 cup butter crisco
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 1/2 cups Tanya’s gluten free mixture #3
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup dried cranberry
2/3 cup mini chocolate morsels
1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375

Using an electric mixer beat shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well. I am separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients except the mini morsels. Add those after you mix in the flour mixture.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Bake for about 8 to 9 minutes.
