Orange Vinaigrette

Very bright and flavorful dressing for both rice salads and green salads.

This dressing could be used on just about any salad from rice, quinoa and green salads.

1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar or honey

Mix ingredients together and store in refrigerator.
