A tasty, low fat alternative to fried potatoes.

4 medium baking potatoes (about a pound of potatoes, any potato will work well)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/3 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Cut each potato into wedges; place into a zip top bag. Add oil; seal bag and thoroughly coat potatoes. Then add the rest of your ingredients and shake to coat evenly.
Place in a single layer onto a greased baking sheet, cookie sheet works well here. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes, turn potatoes and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
