Pecan Pie

Pecan pies are a lot easier then most people think. After the crust is done the base of the pie is made right in a blender. The rest is very easy to do.

Ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust: http://gling.com/recipes/the best ever pie crust/
2 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 tbls melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecan plus 20 more for topping on pie
Instructions
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Add eggs,sugar,salt,corn syrup,melted butter and vanilla into your blender and pulse several times. Add the 1 cup of pecans and pulse only a few times. Pour into a prepared pie crust and top pie with the remaining pecans.
