So yummy in your coffee! Who needs a coffee shop?
A wonderful treat in the morning! You'll enjoy the flavor and the savings from going to buy a flavored coffee from your local coffee shop. So good!

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
2 cups half and half (for a dairy free version, us soy milk or another dairy free milk substitute. It won’t be as rich, but will still be good)
1 teaspoon peppermint extract*
In a small saucepan, stir sugar and baking cocoa together, removing lumps from the cocoa. Add half and half (or dairy free substitute) and stir to combine. Heat until sugar dissolves. Add peppermint extract. Use like any coffee creamer and enjoy!
*Substitute any extract for the peppermint, the sky is the limit.
