This is amazing on pork, but would also work well with chicken.

This marinade produced a very juicy and flavorful grilled pork. My family loved it! It's easily customized to your family's taste from mild to spicy.

1/2 cup soy sauce, gluten free
1 to 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce (found on the Asian isle)
1/4 cup lime juice

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor to thoroughly blend together. Pour over your meat and allow to marinade for up to 6 hours in the refrigerator. Grill or broil until done. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before you slice it in order to allow the meat to retain as much of it’s natural juices as possible.
